Slovak midfielder Michal Breznaník leaves Sparta and moves to Dukla Prague at least until the end of the season.

Breznaník leaves on a half-year loan and the option is included in the deal.

After his unsuccessful spell in Russian side Amkar Perm, Breznaník joined Sparta at the end of the 2013-2014 season. After a couple of months, he left on loan to Slovan Liberec, and won the Czech Cup with his new team. After returning from loan, it was too hard for him to make an impact in the team again.

In the current season, Michal played in three league matches and added one start in the Europa League and the MOL Cup.
