Sparta were 1-0 ahead for a long time against Teplice, but they could not hold on to the lead until the final whistle and conceded a late goal.

David Lafata was suspended and missing in the match, but Ondřej Zahustel returned to the line-up after recovering from an arm injury.

It took both teams a while to create their first chances, and Tiémoko Konaté had the first opportunity to open the score after 27 minutes of play. Marek Matějovský tipped the ball to the midfielder in the box, but Konaté fired over the bar. On the other side, Hora was unmarked in the box, but Mareček redirected Kukec’s cross and Hora headed it wide.

In the last seconds of the first half, Ladislav Krejčí crossed the ball from the left, Zahustel returned it back in front of the goal and Konaté hit the empty net.

Teplice started the second half with a pressure, and David Bičík had to make two good saves on Ljevakovič’s long-range shot and Potočný’s dangerous header. On the other side, Zahustel fired over the bar from a quick counter attack.

Finally, Teplice managed to score the equaliser. Roman Potočný scored a magnificent goal from a free kick and set the final score four minutes before the final whistle.
